Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really free to use?

Yes, completely free. All widgets include a small "Powered by StockCalculator.com" link.

Will the widget slow down my website?

No. The widget loads inside a sandboxed iframe, so it won't affect your page's CSS, JavaScript, or load performance. The resize script is under 1KB.

Does it work with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.?

Yes. The embed code is a standard HTML iframe that works on any platform that allows custom HTML — including WordPress (use a Custom HTML block), Squarespace (use a Code Block), Wix (use an Embed widget), Webflow, Ghost, Shopify, and more.

Is the widget responsive / mobile-friendly?

Yes. The calculator automatically adapts to the width of its container and reflows its layout on smaller screens. The auto-resize script adjusts the iframe height to fit the content.

Can I customize the colors beyond light/dark?

Not at this time, but we're working on additional theme options. If you have specific needs, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Do you track users who interact with the widget?

We collect basic, anonymous usage analytics (page views within the widget) to understand which calculators are most popular. We do not track or store any personal data from widget users.
